Extremely great staff and management.

The location is brilliant and awesome, offering impressive mountain views from the really comfortable family room. The balcony, electric kettle, and refrigerator in the room were great additions. The service provided by the supportive staff and management was exceptional.

The breakfast was good, had a memorable stay by four nights. My room was nice with balcony, big bathroom, greatly enjoyed it.

Little and great accommodation with marvellous setting adjacent to the Tam Coc boat station as well as a lovely garden.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurant street and surrounded by beautiful fields. Enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast with lots of options to choose from. 🌿

gorgeous staff, particularly good views of the mountains, everything is brand-new. the hotel has a very central location close to everything. the bets part that it's close enough to great eateries, the tourist area and a nature reserve.

Location near the main boat area where the restaurants and shops are, the train station in Ninh Binh and the night train, and surrounding areas. Neat and huge room and luxury bathroom with hair dryers, a walk-in shower and robes. Great services, including a great breakfast and nice pool.

The hotel is incredible and fairly clean. The staff is welcoming and really good. The room is new-fashioned, huge, with a balcony and a mountain view. The location is stunning and really close to the main boat area, restaurants, Hanoi airport, and sleeper bus stops.

The location is wonderful and unbeatable, in a beautiful area. The units are well-equipped and brand-new. The showers and beds are very comfortable. The staff is very informative.

I stayed at Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Phuc, were amazing and provided a warm welcome and excellent service. The villa I stayed in was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the bicycles offered by the hotel allow for easy exploration of the nearby area. The breakfast selection, both buffet and a la carte, was delicious. The hotel also has a lovely pool area to relax in.

The breakfast was fantastic with a diverse selection of food offered. The location is wonderful, just a short walk from popular attractions and Tam Coc in Ninh Binh. They have a high-quality Western restaurant. They accommodated early check-in.

Clean rooms with modern amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and espresso machine. Fast wifi and hot showers. Highly recommend.

Easter at this hotel was amazing! the staff were super friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and even organizing motorbikes for us. the bungalow we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes! We also loved the fact that we could use the hotel's bikes for free, which made exploring the nearby attractions so convenient. the only downside was that the shower in our room had a leak, making the bathroom wet. the road leading to the hotel was under construction, which gave us a strange first impression. But these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall exceptional experience we had.

Had a good time with my family during the Christmas break. the breakfast served at the hotel was so delicious, especially the freshly-squeezed juice which my kids loved. the location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the nearby attractions. We loved the free bikes available for use as it made it easy to explore the place. the hotel had a great swimming pool which we enjoyed a lot.

The staff at the hotel was inattentive and unhelpful. We were disappointed with the lack of effort in providing customer service.

The staff here are amazing, the atmosphere is peaceful and stylish, and the double room comes with comfortable beds, a TV, and a balcony.
